Point the car at the Verrazzano-Narrows, come off the Gowanus Expressway around 65th Street, and work east to Fort Hamilton Parkway. Number 5521 sits up near 55th Street on the Borough Park side. Off peak it is 20 to 25 minutes from the toll plaza. Morning traffic toward the bridge is a different animal, so if you are coming in for a windshield, aim for late morning and you will be back across before the expressway seizes up.
